DIY Christmas Matching Game

So, I’m totally into the DIY Christmas toys this year!  I thought that J would love a Christmas Match Game, considering how much he has loved his Alphabet Match Game. This is a really simple and easy DIY Christmas kids craft.

A fun Christmas kids craft that's easy to make and so much fun.

All you need to make one of these are a few sheets of foam and a book of Christmas stickers.

I cut the foam into small squares and added one sticker per square.  Make sure you pick stickers with a match!  I kept it small and only did 5 pairs.  I find that J gets overwhelmed with too many pairs on a match game.

I’ve left this out on his craft table so he can play with it whenever he wants.  It’s not an everyday toy around here, but it does get played with a few times a week.  Sometimes he plays the game, and sometimes he just likes to match them up.

I really like doing simple DIY Christmas kids crafts, games and toys like this for the holidays.  It’s a special touch that adds to the fun of Christmas.

I think homemade toys are the best and this one is really easy to make. I like to make some puzzles for Aarya, he loves them . I take printouts, stick them to cereal box cardboard, cut them out and leave it for him to figure it out. He likes it 🙂
