Uncovering Why We Yell At Our Kids

“I yell because my child won’t listen to me!”  Well, that maybe true, but there’s A LOT more going on beneath your anger than just having a child not  listen.

Often times, our anger is already bubbling up and then your child doesn’t comply with a request, and that’s what makes you blow your lid.

In this Facebook Live, I share with you the REAL reasons why you’re yelling.

Before you begin, you’ll need to download your free copy of the Trigger Tracker.  When you download it, you’ll also be sent 50 Calm Down Tips straight to your email box.

Below the video, you’ll find links to all the blog posts and resources that I mention in the video.

I hope you enjoy it and gain some good insight into your anger.

If you’re ready, just hit play (and FYI skip the first 2min of fluff).
