Zoo Birthday Party!

Zoo Birthday Party
J turns 2 today!  We celebrated in style this weekend with a few of our good friends.  J’s two best buds also celebrated a birthday this month, so we combined the 3 birthdays into one big party.

I had a wonderful time planning the big day with my friends.  We came up with some fun ideas and ended up having a great birthday party!  Check out our Pinterest Zoo Birthday Pinboard where we got a lot of our ideas.

Sorry for the pic heavy post…but there was so much good stuff to share!  I’m so happy with how the party turned out.  The kids were happy, which meant that the parents were happy too.  I hope that you found some inspiration for your next child’s birthday party!

    Oh my gosh that party turned out awesome! I wondered how it was going and when we would hear about it! Everything looks fantastic. Love the monkey cupcakes. I bet the kids had a blast!! Those penguins are adorable but I don’t envy whoever had to make them!

      I just made regular pb&j sandwiches and used an elephant cookie cutter to cut out the sandwich. Super easy!

    nice..for sure i’m having those for my son’s 2nd birthday. I’m having it at Safari Edventure. I guess they probably have them at Michael’s. Also how can I subscribe to your blog.

      There are lots of ways to subscribe. You can follow by email by entering your email address in the form on the upper right side of the blog. I also have an RSS feed that you can use by clicking on the button at the top right. There are also facebook and twitter buttons at the top. Just click on a button and it will take you to the page to like or follow along. Hope this helps some.

      I actually didn’t make those, another Mom did. We did find them on pinterest, however the link to the source was broken. I did a little google search and found a blog with directions. Hope this helps. http://www.yanowhatimean.com/archives/003115.php
