Target Dollar Spot…I Think I Love You!

Target maybe my favorite store of all time.  I usually stop by when I get bored, have some time to kill, or need to get the kiddo out of the house.  On rare occasions I actually make a list and go there for a real purpose.  I’d say I’m at Target once a week on average.  Every time I go I find something that I need..and I use the term “need” loosely.
Well today I had a few minutes to kill after buying yarn at my yarn store and before J’s My Gym class, so I scurried over to Target for a second.  And I am so glad I did!
In their Dollar Spot they had all sorts of great toys for J!  I dare anyone to go into the Dollar Spot and not find something they “need”.
Check it out!

Fire truck book, and 6 wooden cars.

Animals that make animal sounds when you press the button on the bottom.  Plus!  The buttons are big enough that J can do it himself!

Christmas gel window clings.  J loves these things!  I place them on a window at his level and he spends loads of time taking them on and off the windows.  We still have our Halloween ones up, but they are getting a bit torn up (yes he likes to pull them apart too).  The gel ones are great for little hands because they are thicker than the stickers and easier to grasp.
The best part…each toy was just $1!
Where do you find good deals on kid’s stuff?

Great minds think alike. Grandma got some of the same things.

Hey that’s ok! You can never have too many cars and animals.
