Amanda was a Children's Mental Health Therapist who worked with mothers and children in crisis before leaving to be a Stay-at-Home Mom to her two boys. She took her knowledge of counseling and motherhood and built her blog, Dirt and Boogers, where she writes about the joyful and soul-crushing journey of Motherhood. She's passionate about empowering mothers and helping them feel more secure in their parenting.
Amanda is the instructor of Mama's Anger Management, the highly-successful Stop Yelling eCourse. Author of the books, "How to Be A Happy Mom" and "Take The Chaos Out Of Christmas". She is also the founder of two very large groups on Facebook, The Stop Yelling Challenge and The Daily Gratitude Challenge.
