I have always tried to feed J good nutritious foods. I’m pleased that he is a great eater and will try pretty much anything.
However, we’ve been in a lunch rut for a few weeks now. I’m a bit ashamed to say that he eats a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a side of greek yogurt almost every day. At least it’s natural peanut butter, organic jelly, and whole wheat bread. But still…not very exciting.
I’ve been looking for ways to add variety and more nutrition to his lunches, and I think I found the perfect thing!
